The restoration or renovation projects take a varied form with the design and modelling functions playing an important role. A Site Survey is an important first step to assess the integrity, size and scope of the works. The second stage is to provide a Survey Report describing the condition of the existing plasterwork and the proposals to stabilise or replace part or all of the plasterwork.

The liaison with any planning or building preservation authorities is part of a preliminary phase.

The survey work is further developed by our estimating service, which will provide a Budget Cost Analysis of the alternatives to the customer. When the method has been selected a Quotation is calculated for the clients approval.

These stages are followed to give the client an understanding of the technical issues and to offer the best value for money.
